We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role (2 days remote / 3 days onsite) that is based out of New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the producer and commercial insurance account manager team. No selling, just customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Lines Account Management team across a variety of job functions.
- Assist in reviewing policies and working with carriers, as well as billing and invoicing.
- Analyze client insurance programs and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements or adjustments
- Identify pricing discrepancies
- Help prepare proposals
- Help process policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and development of new insurance products to identify potential business opportunities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current property and casualty license
- 1-2+ Years of experience preferred in commercial underwriting or related role
- Background in assistant underwriting or assistant account management with a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
