Hours: Mon–Thurs, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Peak Seasons- October 15th to December 7th – January 1st to March 31st - ALL HANDS-ON DECK. Hours will vary!
About the Role:
Looking to make a real career change? We’re a family-owned Medicare agency hiring people who are not currently licensed but are ready to launch a new career helping others — and we’ll train and pay you while you earn your health insurance license!
If you've worked in senior care, nursing homes, collections, or customer service and want a real growth opportunity with income to match, this is it.
What You’ll Do:
- Talk to warm leads only – no cold calling
- Help seniors find Medicare plans that match their needs
- Work in a supportive, team-oriented office
- Learn everything from licensing to sales — we train you from day one
What We’re Looking For:
- Not currently licensed, but willing to get your TN health license (we cover all costs)
- Background in senior care, call centers, collections, or service is a plus
- Comfortable on the phone and passionate about helping others
- Reliable, driven, and coachable
- Able to work in-person in East Nashville
