Seeking an organized, detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager with 3+ years of insurance experience and familiarity with management systems (AMS360 a plus). You will independently manage a dedicated book of business, handle daily policy modifications, and collaborate with producers on renewals within an agile, collaborative team environment.

Position Summary

This role focuses on delivering seamless, accurate, and high-quality service to our policy holders and internal production staff. You will act as the primary operational contact for accounts, managing daily policy modifications, resolving coverage questions, and overseeing the annual policy renewal life cycle.

Essential Duties

• Own the day-to-day service delivery for a dedicated book of business, maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Process policy amendments, address coverage inquiries, and assist with claims coordination.
• Partner with production executives to build strategic plans aimed at maximizing retention and identifying organic growth opportunities.
• Maintain rigorous data integrity by logging all interactions and account updates in our management database (AMS360) following internal standards.
• Must have Active P&C license***
