Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Processor to join our lending team. Reporting directly to the Director of Lending, you will play a critical role in the commercial lending cycle by providing essential clerical and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Processing: Manage the administrative workflow for commercial loans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Complex Transactions: Navigate sophisticated loan structures and assignments with a high degree of precision.
• Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the underwriting team and the closing department to move packages efficiently through the pipeline.
• Customer Excellence: Provide prompt and professional communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Record Management: Maintain organized loan files, ensuring all underwriting packages and closing documents meet bank standards.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: Proven track record in commercial loan processing, including deep familiarity with loan documentation and underwriting packages.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the commercial closing and processing lifecycle.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing community-focused customer service.
