We are looking for an Information Technology Manager to help manage a client’s IT and network systems. This is a FULLY ONSITE role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all things IT & resolve any network issues
• Oversee IT resources and network infrastructure
• Implement solutions & manage insurance carrier portals
• Manage IT equipment, user access and services
• Stay current with technology to ensure the company’s IT infrastructure remains up to date
• Oversee the department and mentor/manage the department
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prefer a minimum of 5-7 + years’ experience in related IT role
• Experience mentoring and/or managing a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to train new users and new hires
• Proficiency with variety of software: Microsoft Office, Azure, as well as remote tools & ticketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role is budgeted between 90k-100k, depending on experience
