The Role
We’re adding a Commercial Lines Producer to accelerate growth in our Bryan–College Station office. You’ll focus on new business production across small/middle-market commercial, partnering with a seasoned relationship-builder and a supportive CSR team. Hybrid is welcome; local presence to build community/office rapport is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a new-business pipeline; prospect, quote, and close.
- Leverage broad CAA carrier access to place competitively.
- Collaborate with local CSR/producer for smooth onboarding and retention.
- Engage the BCS/TAMU business community (centers of influence, chamber, alumni, civic groups).
What You Bring
- Proven hunter profile in P&C commercial (independent agency experience ideal).
- Discipline around prospecting activity, pipeline hygiene, and closing.
- Comfort working across multiple carriers/portals and appetites.
- BCS/TAMU network or deep local ties a strong plus (helps you win faster).
- Growth mindset, team player, and high integrity.
