Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the personal lines team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee and manage a diverse personal lines book of business, ensuring excellent client retention and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve agency goals for the personal lines department.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and insurance regulations.
• Work closely with agency leadership to contribute to the overall success and strategic direction of the agency.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers.
• Utilize AMS360 efficiently for client management, policy administration, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a manager within a personal lines insurance environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Proficiency in AMS360 is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a significant plus.
