Independent Retail Insurance Agency in Nassau County, Long Island, NY that has been in business for over 40 years is seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Insurance Account Executive with High Net Worth experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private client personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions. Prefer someone with experience with Chubb, AIG, Cincinnati, for servicing + sales. They would also like someone with middle market experience as they have a few people retiring. Salary in the 70k-80k range and at least 3-4 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal insurance clients
- Analyze client insurance programs and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements or adjustments
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients
- Process policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and development of new insurance products to identify potential business opportunities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current property and casualty license
- 3 Years of experience preferred in personal insurance
- Experience with standard market and high net worth personal lines home, auto, umbrella coverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multiple insurance carriers preferred
- Role is onsite during training with flexibility of hybrid / remote after training
