We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Claims Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling insurance claims on behalf of personal lines and commercial lines clients for an insurance agency in the Philadelphia suburbs
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients when they need to submit a claim
- Process any non-major claims and for any major claims, pass those to the Claims Executive
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 Years of preferred experience in commercial insurance claims or personal insurance claims related role
- Background in account management, sales, and negotiation with a strong knowledge of commercial lines and personal lines insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
